Eligible requests
Completely unused paid time may be considered for refund when requested within seven calendar days. Duplicate charges, verified failed payments, and a verified service failure that support cannot reasonably resolve may also qualify.
Normally non-refundable
Used benefits, late requests without a verified service failure, unsupported devices, third-party platform problems, rule violations, promotional credits, and expired free time are normally not refundable except where law requires otherwise.
How to request
Email support from the registered account with the payment ID, purchase date, plan, and explanation. For a technical issue, include useful error details or screenshots.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five to seven business days. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
