Trust overview

CrackInterviewAI is documented as a Windows AI interview assistant for preparation, mock interviews, and permitted live support. The Trust Center gathers the main evidence pages so users can check privacy, security, AI transparency, benchmarks, and responsible-use guidance from one place.

The site should not claim certifications, uptime, retention periods, or benchmark results until those claims are measured and publicly verifiable.

This is a product-level data flow summary, not an internal architecture diagram. It does not expose API keys, prompts, secrets, provider credentials, or proprietary routing logic.

What data may be processed

  • Account details and support messages.
  • Payment identifiers required for plan crediting or refunds.
  • Resume/profile context provided by the user.
  • Typed questions, audio/transcripts, and screenshots supplied by the user.
  • Basic product diagnostics needed for troubleshooting.

What is not stored by CrackInterviewAI

The existing legal policy states that card numbers, UPI PINs, banking credentials, and similar payment credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by CrackInterviewAI.

Do not interpret this as a claim that no interview data is stored. Retention periods for transcripts, screenshots, resume context, logs, and support messages still require manual completion.

Retention policy status

Manual input required: publish exact retention periods for audio, transcripts, screenshots, resume context, logs, analytics, support messages, and payment-related records. Until then, the Trust Center should describe deletion requests without claiming finalized retention windows.

Security, privacy, and responsible AI summaries

  • Security: HTTPS, managed services, payment-provider handling, limited access, and responsible disclosure guidance should be documented and kept current.
  • Privacy: users should understand what data may be processed, why it is processed, and how to request deletion.
  • Responsible AI: users should follow interview rules, verify answers, and avoid inventing experience or leaking confidential information.
